The Commitment to ASN Neutrality in the 2024 Local Elections

2024 is a year of democratic celebration, marked by simultaneous elections across the country.

The sequence begins with the elections for President and Vice President as well as parliamentary representatives (DPR, DPD, Provincial DPRD, Regency/City DPRD) on February 14, 2024. This will be followed by the simultaneous regional elections (pilkada) on November 27, 2024.

To honor this democratic event, especially in the 2024 regional elections, all elements of society are encouraged to participate actively and healthily in every election stage, including during the campaign and voting process.

As a government agency, BPS Pohuwato Regency is committed to supporting healthy democratic practices. This is in line with Law No. 1 of 2015 concerning the determination of Government Regulations in lieu of Law No. 1 of 2014 on the election of Governors, Regents, and Mayors.

Civil Servants (ASN), Military (TNI), Police (POLRI), and other officials throughout Indonesia are required to maintain integrity and professionalism by upholding neutrality in the elections.

As a commitment, BPS Pohuwato Regency, in cooperation with the Pohuwato Regency Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu), promotes ASN neutrality in the 2024 elections by placing banners in the BPS Pohuwato Regency offices.
